Terms of Use & Acceptable Use Policy

Special Link lets you make a free page your followers play to see how well they know you. By creating or sharing a Special Link page, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

1.Who can use Special Link

You must be at least 16 years old to create a page. You confirm the information you give is accurate and that you have the right to publish everything you put on your page.

2.How free pages work

• Free pages are created without an account and stay live for around 30 days, after which they may expire automatically.
• Free pages are not indexed by search engines.
• We may remove, disable, or limit any page at any time — for example if it is reported, breaks these terms, or is flagged by our content checks.

3.Acceptable use

You are responsible for everything on your page. You must not create, upload, or share content that:

• is sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise adult in nature;
• sexualises, endangers, or exploits minors in any way (this is reported to the authorities);
• is hateful, harassing, threatening, or incites violence against people or groups;
• depicts graphic violence, gore, self-harm, or promotes dangerous acts;
• is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or facilitates weapons, drugs, or fraud;
• shares another person’s private information, or impersonates someone, without their consent;
• uses photos or content you don’t own or have permission to use, or infringes anyone’s rights;
• contains spam, scams, malware, or misleading links.

If your page shows other people, you confirm you have their permission to publish their image and information.

4.Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add. You grant Special Link a limited licence to host, store, and display that content for the purpose of operating your page. You can ask us to remove your page at any time by contacting us.

5.Privacy

We store the content you put into your page so we can show it, and basic technical data (such as an IP address) to keep the service safe and prevent abuse. We don’t sell your data. Free pages and their content are deleted when they expire or when a page is removed.

6.Reporting & removal

Every page has a “Report this page” link. We review reports and may remove or disable any page without notice. We also screen content automatically and may block or remove content that appears to break these terms. Repeated or serious violations may result in a permanent ban.

7.No warranty & liability

Special Link is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for content created by users, and to the fullest extent allowed by law we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service. Pages may be unavailable, change, or be removed at any time.

8.Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use Special Link after a change means you accept the updated terms.
