What does the customer need to do?

Open the link. That's it. No app. No login. No account. They land on your branded page, play a challenge they pick, hand over an email at the end, get a discount code. The whole loop takes under 30 seconds.

How does the discount code reach the customer's order?

When a customer wins a challenge, the worker generates a unique discount code in your Shopify or WooCommerce store via the official APIs. The code is sent to the customer's email and shown on-screen. They apply it at checkout in your store. You see redemption tracking in the dashboard.

Do I need to write the trivia questions myself?

No. When you pick an industry, the page comes pre-loaded with relevant questions, words, and blanks in both English and Dutch. You can override any of them with your own copy in the dashboard, anytime. Same for the memory-card emoji set.

What happens after I configure and pay?

Your special link is live instantly. We email you the link and your dashboard credentials. You log in, connect Shopify / WooCommerce + Klaviyo / Mailchimp via one-click OAuth, set your win discounts, and start sharing the link. End-to-end onboarding under two minutes.

What's the difference between the link and the QR add-on?

The link is just a URL — speciallink.app/b/your-brand — that you drop anywhere online or print as a plain QR yourself. The QR Maker add-on (+€30/mo) is a branded QR generator inside your dashboard: your logo embedded in the centre, your colours in the corners, downloadable in print-ready SVG / PNG / PDF for premium physical surfaces.

Can I change my page later?

Yes. Logo, colours, brand name, challenge content, win discounts, which challenges are enabled — everything is editable in the dashboard. Changes go live within seconds.

What if I want to cancel?

Monthly subscription. Cancel anytime. Your page stays live until the end of the current month, then the link routes to a "this brand has paused their campaign" page (customer-facing, neutral, never punitive).
